ONITIRI KICKS AGAINST EXPORTATION OF ALMAJIRIS TO SOUTH

How come the exportation of Almajiris to the south, inspite of the federal lockdown of interstate border closure?

This is a big question the security agencies will have to answer , and those responsible should be punished by the Federal government.

This is the view of Chief Adesunbo Onitiri,  political activist  and social critic, in a statement in Lagos yesterday.

He said if some states in the north are rejecting the almajiris, why should they  export them to the south under the national lockdown?

Who determines whether or not they are negative or positive to Coronavirus endemic ?

Chief Onitiri suspected that those who exported them to the south had a sinister motive. He said they could cause another security challenges in the south.

“Very soon we will be hearing of incessant killings and maiming of innocent people in the south with the government turning a blind eye,”he expressed his fears.

The social critic explained the danger of coronavirus lockdown as another disaster bedeviling the nation with the attendant economic lockdown.

“We implore the southern states to lift the ban on the economic lockdown in the south, as there is no lockdown in the northern states.

“We can only enforce physical distancing and wearing of face masks. The southern states should be very vigilant  about the Almajiris being exported from the north and prepare against terrorism .

“We demand a total overhaul of the security architectural structure  of Nigeria. The present structure has failed woefully to stem insecurity in Nigeria.

“We demand President Muhammadu Buhari should directly address the nation with selected journalists on the affairs of the country.

“No video recorded broadcast.

We demand immediate Restructuring of Nigeria into true Federalism..

We demand proper governance on the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with proper separation of powers.

“We demand total adherence to the rule of law and obedience to court orders.

We demand immediate halt to exportation of Almajiris from the north to the south. Nobody in the South hates the Northerners.

We demand immediate reduction in cost of Governance, sale of the many fleet of Presidential jets and reduction of ministers and aides.

We demand immediate halt to foreign loans and extravagance in lifestyle of political appointees.
