Why FG grants duty waiver on imported medical equipment

Fresh indications have emerged that the Federal Government may have concluded plans to waive duty payable on imported medical equipment.

According to a tweet by the Special Assistant to the President on Digital and New Media, Mr. Tolu Ogunlesi on Tuesday, he disclosed that President Muhammadu Buhari has approved that import duty is waived for medical equipment and supplies.
